All communication for your order will be via email only. We do not provide theme ideas, nor design consultations for ideas prior to ordering.

Once an order has been placed, all emails should include your order number if you have a need to contact us. Please do not contact us via Social Media after placing your order.

All orders are completed and prioritized by the RECEIVE/DELIVER BY DATE notated on order(s) when submitted. Order updates are not provided at any time outside of proof delivery.

We cater to a diverse range of due dates so we do not standardize turnaround times. Weekends & holidays are NOT included in any turnaround time, only Monday - Friday.

ORDERS NEEDED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS, REQUIRES A RUSH FEE TO BE ADDED TO THE ORDER. RUSH turnaround is available at cost. Only 24 - 72 hour RUSH orders will be placed at the front of the order queue.

Contact us BEFORE ordering, if you need a speedy turnaround under 5 business days.


If you purchase after Friday at 1PM through Sunday, your order will not begin the design phase until Monday.

Shipped order proofs are delivered the week before your entered due date via email for approval.

All DIGITAL orders are completed and prioritized by the RECEIVE/DELIVER BY DATE notated on order(s) when submitted. Unless extreme rush, digital order proofs are delivered within 3 business days of your due date. Digital file due dates should be early enough to allow for your printing/production of file for specified use.

Please review your emailed proof(s) sent for text and grammar errors - we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the item(s) have been approved.


A max of two (2) revision sessions for MINOR clip art, image position, font or color adjustments are allowed, complete concept redesign is not considered a revision.

the Ink Collab® will not hold any responsibility in production/shipping delays due to delayed proof approval(s). Customer will also hold responsibility for any expedited shipping fees due to approval delay, if necessary.



If you do not respond to proof email after 2nd attempt at contact within 48 hours, item(s) will NOT deliver as is and the Ink Collab® and will not be liable for revision request that may cause delays in shipping. If no response is received to meet your requested due date, you may receive a store credit LESS design and processing fee(s) valid for one year from the issuing date. Store credits are issued at the discretion of the Ink Collab®.

If order changes are requested BEFORE design phase, a store credit may be offered for balance, which will be valid up to ONE year from date of issue. RUSH fees excluded.

If design phase has started, a store credit may be issued for printing balance valid up to ONE year from date of issue. Digital orders, will not receive credit once design phase has began. RUSH fees excluded.

Due to the digital and/or customization nature of the Ink Collab's product, the Ink Collab® does not offer refunds, returns, nor exchanges under any circumstance.

Item(s) will ship via UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground (Up to 5 day delivery depending on location) unless expedited shipping is purchased.


All guarantee policies set forth by the shipping carrier will apply to your shipped order. the Ink Collab® is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, pandemic delays, acts of God, or weather related delivery delays. Refunds will not be issued.

Once package has been successfully delivered to carrier, ownership of package is transferred to the carrier to transfer to the buyer.

the Ink Collab® is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier due to customer entered incorrect shipping information. Please triple check your shipping address BEFORE completing order submission.

For digital only orders, physical products will not be shipped. Digital files are delivered via email only! DOWNLOAD LINKS WILL EXPIRE IN 7 DAYS!

All designs/prints are copyrighted – As the purchaser of this product, you have the right to print this product in its’ intended purchased size, but for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless digital files include a business release. 


Additional signage for Welcome Signs, Table Signs, and/or Welcome Cards cannot be created. Files cannot be used to create derivatives for new designs, meaning designs cannot be added to or altered to complete a different design. Event branding logos may be used for intended use across multiple items integrated into designs, but the original design shall not be altered.


Under no circumstances can these files be resold, altered, resized, or shared.

Event Designs are for PERSONAL one-time use only. Products created are not for commercial and/or licensed use, nor are designs allowed to be altered or resold. Designs are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
